A seller ask me don't specify the item i wanna to buy.I will have the PayPal protection if i will not receive the item i bought? Regards

If the item arrives misdescribed and you open a dispute and the item is not described at all in the payment method then you may well lose.

You need to go and read up on paypal buyer protection and what coverage it gives you so that you can risk assess your transactions.
