Payment waiting / Account closed

On April 14th 2021, I received a mail from PayPal that my payment is waiting and they asked me to give more details. So they told me to go to the resolution center and fill the missing details. So when I go there, I see 0 cases. So where and what information do I need to provide???? And then on April 22 I once again received a mail from PayPal that for safety and security reasons. they closed my account. I still don't know why my account is closed. I wanted to ask, as if my account is closed, what is the reason and where are the funds?? Does it go back to the sender?? Can I once again open the same account??

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
