Hi, I'm trying to pay for an item I've purchased on Gumtree using PayPal but the payment is stuck showing as 'pending'. I use PayPal regularly but this is the first time I've seen this pending status. I'm not sure what I need to do. I've contacted PayPal via the messaging centre, but there's been no reply yet. Obviously the seller is unwilling to ship this item until this payment is completed. Any advice welcome. Thanks.
PayPal have finally replied to me stating that the description I entered for the transaction looked suspicious! They have suspended my PayPal account until the transaction is reviewed! 😠
