I checked my online banking last night and a payment of £10.32 had gone out of my bank saying paypal payment. To which l havent paid this amount and it's not showing on my PayPal account so I'm confused by it.
Report it to your bank as unauthorized as it appears there only and not on PayPal. Appears like PayPal Guest was used with you info and payment was processed at a merchant who accepts payments via PayPal.
