Payment on hold

Hello, 

I was sent a sum of money who exceeded the amount i can receive on an unauthorised account ( i didn't think it would matter, and it was a new acc).

Shortly after, I received an email saying that, as the amount was over the EU law for anonymous accounts, the transfer would be frozen until i authorise it. So i authorise the account, and i soon received an email saying the payment has been cancelled. Although the email says payment has been cancelled, the person sending the money is a friend, and has told me that the payment is still frozen from her size.

How do i get the payment to go through, or to cancel so we can repeat the operation?
