Payment made to wrong person

I made payment under goods & services to the wrong person. Paypal denied the claim bc it says transaction not covered. My bank won’t refund bc it wasa person to person transaction and it is the person’s word against mine (person who took my money admitted it in email).

What kind of dispute did you file? Unauthorized Payment (which you'll lose) or Item Not Received?

It's better if you filed Item Not Received since it is a goods and services payment. They'll have to provide proof of delivery. If they sent you something to avoid paying you back, switch case to Significantly Not As Described and claim it wasn't what you ordered to get your money back after you return whatever it they sent to you (if anything).

Perhaps call customer service and speak to a dispute specialist about this:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.

The more I think about the response that PayPal gave you as the outcome to the dispute, may be you did send money as friends and family. After you sent the money does it say Money Sent (Friends and family) as transaction status and not Payment Sent (Goods and Services)? Because why would the person be so confident and taunt you saying it's your word against theirs if it wasn't a friends and fam payment? And called it.

Hello i made a "bussines" payment , i send a money to a some scam indian site or i dont know what is it .. im using paypal for the first time , and when i wnatet to send a money i have one cotact saved in mine called "LLC" something like that , i thought is some kind of paypal services , where i send money and it will have me the balance of ammount i send .. what should i do please , i send 200 euros , i called them , but their number on their page doesnt exist , and i already wrote them email , but i think they will not response .. please what should i do , thanks for answer and sorry for my english
