Paying for online seafood

I request for payment to be canceled. But I haven't received a charge back as of yet. Anyone had this problem.

I'm sorry to hear your transaction hasn't been cancelled. If needed, you may be able to file a dispute. For further assistance, you can contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available through Facebook private message or Twitter direct message.
