PayPay has blocked my account, cannot transfer money to my bank account. Why?

PayPay has blocked my account few months now. What I can see when I open my account, that PayPal needs me to confirm my identity.

I have tried to upload the picture of my ID so many times, with no luck, also I have tried to reach the Customer Service thousand times, but still haven't received any answer yet since more than 3 months now!!!

It is so annoying, since I cannot use my balance. I'd be so happy if any of you can help to solve my problem out.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Thanks for your help!

I have tried to call the office in Dublin, but it is sunday now, so they are closed. Will try again tomorrow.

On Facebook, i only could reach a robot and could not send messages. 

I am getting very-very frustrated 😞
