I ordered a vacuum cleaner from Media Brain Trust and payed for it through PayPal. Never received the vacuum cleaner. The resolution center won't talk to me - they won't listen to the fact that I never received it and UPS shows a delivery to a different address than my address. We assume a scam. Has anyone else had this problem? DO you know who can help? I need to get a refund or receive my vacuum cleaner.
