PayPal restricted me with no explanation

A month ago I had an email stating my account was restricted and to go to the website for more information. There I was told to call for more information. When I called I was repeatedly disconnected before reaching a rep for weeks when I finally did reach someone was told I would be sent an email explaining why. When I received that email it was an exact copy of the first email I have received. I am sick of this run around it's been another several days of calling and being disconnected after going through the prompts. I am at the point where a lawsuit just may be in order especially after I was scammed on there credit card reader that never worked and was never replaced or refunded. Any adivce on getting actual answers out of these crooks would be appreciated

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
