PayPal limitation

Hello I have a limitation on my PayPal account after a friend send me money, is there a solution ?

That depends on whether its a temporary or permanent limitation and what paypal have requested you to do via the message or resolution centre to resolve any issues.

It's temporary but I'm sure there is a mistake because I never got a refund on my account.
