PayPal have made a mistake

Sold an item on eBay, buyer has damaged my item then opened a dispute with PayPal. Prior to them opening a dispute, I refunded the buyer £100. The dispute was escalated to a claim and PayPal have come to a verdict that they will send the item back to me, and take the full amount out of my account even though I refunded him £100. When they opened the case, they only filled for 195 pound but the email PayPal sent me said that they will take the full amount out of my account, which will mean I will not only receive a damaged product, but also lose 100 pounds. What can I do.
