Hello,
I am making this post out of sheer desperation. I don't know what else to do.
PayPal reversed a payment I made which put my account in a negative balance and then limited my account meaning I cannot add money to resolve the balance. I received a single reply last month telling me what documentation I needed to send through. I have sent all necessary documentation through four times since, but I receive no reply and no action on my account.
I have sent emails but they just send me automated responses telling me to go to the message centre.
I am at a loss here. I am literally trying to pay money to PayPal, would not have expected this from them.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Thank you for your reply. I forgot to mention in my original post, I have tried calling but the number is unreachable for me and calling a US number from abroad is not cheap.
I have sent a facebook message and received, perhaps unsurprisingly, no reply.

ok, you appear to have a U.S paypal account so why is phoning U.S customer services an international call?

If you are using a U.S paypal account but are NOT in the U.S then no wonder your account has been limited.
You are not allowed to use another countries paypal account.

You said you don't LIVE in the U.S therefore you shouldn't be using a U.S paypal account.
If you have a U.S BANK account then you can normally link it to a paypal account in YOUR OWN country.
