PayPal decisions

Hi has anyone else experienced problems with PayPal decisions on claims. I ordered a vegetable peeler but only received the blade. PayPal advised I would get refund or sending proof of postage, which I did. Then PayPal advised case closed because I did not send proof of postage, when questioned they changed to on review the item received was as advertised and claim denied. Now down price of item, the returned item and cost of return. Seems very wrong. Anyone else experience similar

I have simmilar experience.

I ordered one item via ebay, but very soon member disappear from ebay.

He is banned and their items (what I ordered is deleted from ebay site.

Seller never marked item as shipped, but I paid for item.

When I start thinking that it will probably will be scam and that I newer receive item, I opened case on paypal (on ebay I still was not able to open, there was timeline when I was able to open a case, so I opened on paypal)

20 days after opening a case, case is closed, but I'm not refunded even I never received item...

I send messages to paypal support via twitter, but even I'm asked for details (and provided them) I newer get any answer about this case.

Actually, case is opened on   April 14 and last time updated on May 04

Did I get any answer, any explanation from paypal? No

So, is this signal to all sellers to make false listing, to "sell fog" and get payments and newer ship "items" from fake listings?
I also see that is a lot of listings of tools set trolley case 799 (or more keys) from China, and that is fake listings.

Now, I know that is SCAM and I don't wanna to purchase these fake listings again.

But - if I'm covered with paypal, please where is my refund?????

I wanna my refund back.

Where is paypal to make decision in this case?
I write to paypal support but I still don't get any response.

Do I need to send paypal to court?

Well, it's not enough to open a dispute and wait that PP make decision in our favor.

They rather just wait 20 days from opening and than close case without any investigation.
I just experienced this. I got message from PP support center that I'm not escalated into CLAIM

And what is my dispute? I need to confirm my dispute? OK, next time I will play your game....

Now, I have advice to all that immediately after opening dispute go into CLAIM - find on this community how to do this.

Better than got message like I got:

What to do? Well, after this case is closed I sent MONEY REQUEST to seller who scammed me.

But what will do PP support about this request? Will they approve this request? Will PP transfer money according to my request for money refund?

Let' see this....
