Same case with me I purchased item on e bay, but item never been shipped. I have been informed from e bay that is listing removed from e bay site and I opened ca case on pp. I send message with request for refund on pay pal with all information about "seller" who just selling NOTHING, just take a money and never ship items what sell. Also, seller deleted himself from e bay, and is not longer registered on e bay. But is still registered on PP, probably. If is still registered on PP than PP can resolve this situation and send money back to scammed buyer. But, what did pay pal with my case? Even I provided all information from e bay and from pay pal, and asked for refund, they say that I'm not ESCALATED INTO CLAIM ??? What I need to do, to ask for refund, open a case, and again open a case? So called CLAIM is just excuse for not refunding scammed buyers. On this way pay pal support scammers and encourage them to continue with scam. Who is scammer? Well, maybe I should not leave here any personal information, but what about my money request what I send to seller? If is case closed without decision (that is case here, pay pal supported scammer) can I send money request asking money from scammer? Well, formally, I can. But will he send money to me? Obviously, he will not send refund. He did what he wanna, scammed me, and probably more than just me... how many of you purchased trolley set tools box with 799 pieces ? And how many of you never received item? How much is this money? And PP support this.... I ask administrators of community to leave this information here because ALL NEED TO KNOW THAT IS THIS "SELLER" ACTUALLY THIEF AND SCAMMER BE AWARE from this guy. former seller on e bay, but not longer registered as e bay member... who know where is he now... It's not big money, but all thief's should be punished, not rewarded for their scam. And what tell the support? That I don't escalated into case... I got their apologies, and that is all. Thief?
