A while ago there was a charge for about $570 to my Paypal account that I never made. I filed a dispute with PayPal and they declined it so of course I went to my bank. My bank confirmed that the charge was, in fact, not made by me and credited my account. Now I have a negative balance on my account and PayPal is claiming I owe them that money back. What kind of **bleep** is this? I even have a notification from PayPal saying the case was closed in my favor so it makes absolutely no sense that they're trying to get the money back from me
