PayPal claim - tracking information invalid

I recently opened a dispute and PayPal asked me to send back the item and provide the necessary tracking information. I followed their instructions. However, today I received the an email that the case was decided in favour of the seller as the tracking information I provided was invalid. However, the tracking information shows that the item has been delivered. What should I do please ? Thank you for your help

Give paypal customer services a call and see if you can appeal the decision.

Paypal has to be able to view the tracking online.
