My PayPal got limited about 2 months ago with 1000 euros stuck in it, a few days ago I got a message from PayPal saying 900 euros were ready for withdrawal to my bank. Today, thursday 27 September, I tried logging in and withdrawing but I keep getting the error saying : we're sorry. we're not able to process your request right now. Anyone had / has this and do you know if there's a fix for it?
