I made a mistaken purchase which the seller refused to cancel. And I’m out 247.36 dollars. Both companies defended this theft. What are my options.

ebay gave me permission to disclose the sellers id. its cflsales. they also deleted my honest review noting their aggressive behavior and inability to even know how to do half the stuff you should know as a seller.

this problem started when i tried to ask for a cancelation soon after noting id purchased the item and the seller said to me they dont know how to cancel orders. and now im stuck unable to get my item or my refunds.

paypal said this purchase i didnt intend to make was authorized by paypal. does this mean paypal can spend my money and then make me deal with consequences as that is clearly what is going on.

seems like paypal is also to blame for this theft. second time paypal authorized a payment i never wanted to make.

this will likely sound innappropriate but since cflsales stole from me and as long as it is the case that person will be on the same watchlists im currently on. which means their life is in danger. id feel bad if the person retrurned my stuff but i cant see how they would do that. but im no the threat. im simply sharing their email with mine trying to get my money back. and because my email is traced so my location is found so will theirs be. their home is likely already on their database. im not liable for something i didnt do. and exchanging emails is neccessary to chat with the seller. id have thought warning the seller would have been wiser than them being found dead.

the abusers i have had, have very wealthy connections and any contacts are scrutinized. this means people who know certain aspects are likely going to be found and dissappear. its happened before. and it happened to me also. fair warning is all this is.

sometimes the best defense is being able to prove your right like i can.

another point of proof of wealthy colllusion. my page is no longer accessible. still taking payapl away violates a clause that will release documents that destroy paypal for their owners actions. that i cant stop as im not in control of those effects.

Sellers don't have to cancel, however you should be covered for non receipt of item so file an ebay dispute within 30 days or a paypal dispute if past 30 days.

The seller bypassed everything using connections. Even altered ups databases to ensure the package was delivered despite refusals. It’s about as demonic as a person could be to prove they don’t have to refund you. Not to mention the accounts I have are now bugged so I can’t use my accounts to purchase without giving up my bank. I’m well aware of the beast I face but they annoy the wrong dragon.

I’d hate to see a global reset over a stupid cancellation never happening. But I will do so if I don’t get a refund. Considering I made the world as it is now it’s not to difficult to shut down the last remaining evils. Just like my master before me. Everything fell as he forecast it.
