Wait PayPal said to make contact with this person. And they weren’t against going to find them and asking nicely to refund the money. They were fairly interesting in that conversation. Bruce carter also hacked my email account to claim I was harrassing him and threatening his life. Of which I did not do. Every institution is telling me I just contact Bruce carter the seller who gave their name willingly. But he’s hacked my eBay and PayPal so I cannot talk to him. The item sold is broken and with tagt being evident I should have rights to a return or refund but I cannot because the seller is eBay and eBay refuses to behave as if this is truth despite Bruce Carter’s evidence. The seller bypassed everything using connections. Even altered ups databases to ensure the package was delivered despite refusals. It’s about as demonic as a person could be to prove they don’t have to refund you. Not to mention the accounts I have are now bugged so I can’t use my accounts to purchase without giving up my bank. The seller has been committing electrical warfare since I asked for a refund. My eBay account is missing report functions and purchase ability. And can’t use eBay for anything but a support desk. Cflsales has refused each of my pleas to not send the item from canceling it pre shipment to any stage in the delivery. This and the fact that eBays customer service members activate a refund then turn off their systems and delete it wasting my time has been more trauma than I can reasonably handle. ... View more
