PayPal just scammed me. I purchased an item from Japan that was never delivered for $106.24. I spent hours documenting how the seller closed their ebay account and never sent two items I purchased in May 2020.
1. PayPal told me to wait (it's November!) for the seller's response. 2. Paypal said the $8.72 refund was just something PayPal chose to refund me and I could change it to the amount I had paid/requested in my refund later. 3. Paypal "closed the resolution in my favor"! 4. PayPal can keep their $8. I'm closing my account and use a Venmo and Apply Pay.
