Partial delivery

I ordered an offer of 2 items and only one arrived,getting no where with supplier and seems PayPal did not even read me issue and just sent reply confirming delivery ,I am not denying delivery JUST NOT COMPLETE order was received ,what do I do now as I am getting no where with supplier .

Did you open a dispute for non receipt?, only as the seller provided tracking then they would win.

You should have opened a dispute for item received but not as described ie insufficient quantity.

They say sending another , but now still no more details or contact advising anything,how can I advance a resolution as I feel I am continually getting stalled .

As you haven't answered my question as to the type of dispute you opened then can't advise you so contact customer services and see if they can help you.

How do I go back and check ? Never done this before ,thanks for your input
