Abuse from person in the dispute

Recently I have opened a dispute with a seller who never gave me my item but since then she has began lying and claiming I have items of hers which I don’t. I have tried to talk to this person nicely but since then I think she has become scared that I opened the dispute and she has since then been threatening me such as stating she knows where I live as well as finding me on social media and sending me abuse. After ignoring this girl she found other ways to contact me on different accounts under different names to again abuse and try to upset me? What can I do? I’m currently waiting for the outcome of the claim as I hope for a refund but I can’t wait much longer. Please help..

If the claim is escalated, it is in paypal's hands. You can call customer service and report that this person is making harassing you because of the dispute. Was this an item not received dispute? And the tracking says it was delivered but it wasn't?

If you do have to communicate with the other party, keep your composure and continue to be friendly, otherwise, do not respond and delete the messages.

To contact customer service:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

Or contact via social media:

Yeah it was a not received dispute and the item was supposedly delivered but Iv never received it. It’s difficult as she claims I have the item which I don’t so she is sending me abuse as she hopes I will close the case as I feel she is aware she has it and is trying to scam me.
