I ordered a package (plants) from indonesia to the EU. I just heard from the postal service that it has been sent back to Indonesia by Customs. What are my options for a refund. What is my next step? We ordered directly from the seller, so not via eBay.
Contact the seller and ask for a resolution to the issue. Consider requesting just a refund for the item price only since both parties don't know that import plants may not be allowed in your country.
