Package lost, UPS admits it, Paypal denies claim

My package purchased on Bonanza was lost (I have video proof no delivery was made) but UPS shows tracking delivered. opened claim with UPS and they admit that its lost by talking to driver. Paypal still denies claim, so now I'm out of money AND the item purchased. Any other recourse?

As they admitted it then you need to claim against UPS.

Why would the seller or paypal be responsible if tracking shows as delivered?

@kernowlass Thanks, neglected to put that I've already done that.

Still waiting to hear back. PayPal should really be the ones to have my "back"

Good, glad you have done that.

Unfortunately it would be pointless for sellers to send items trackable if a buyer could win a dispute for non receipt anyway by just saying it didn't turn up.

So now UPS has canceled my Claim, spoke to 2 Supervisors in the last 4 days and both state that investigation is currently in progress but it shows as being canceled online. 🙂 I'm going out of my mind. Still out $65.29. I have now contacted an online consumer report company to step in and assist me.
