Ordered some shoes rom PP.careu which aslo goes by the name of clothes soul. They sent an email from clothes soul saying my shoes were on the way. They were ordered April 29th. How do I escalate to a case? I sent two emails before contacting eBay to Clothes soul (that's who they sent confirmation email from).
