Order and amount being taken wrong amount. Case denied by PayPal. What do I do now?

I tired to contact seller but when I put in Invoice # and my email all I get is  User not found.  Got a message that this might be Spam. Money already taken from my checking account and is wrong amount and items I ordered were incorrect. Now , what do I do? My dispute was closed by Pay Pal,so now I do not know what to do.  I am a Senior Citizens. Makes me not want to order online anymore. Thanks
