Online Chat ?

Hi, I've been on hold with the dispute team for 1 hour 20 minutes I'm wondering if there is an online chat that I could use ?

On Wednesdays the moderators host a chat option but its very much like asking a question on here except they answer you.

However they can't deal with account queries only general advice.

They state they are going to start an online chat option in the future but don't hold your breath on this one.

If we can help on here we will or if not then your best bet is to stick the phone on loud speaker and just wait
