Obvious Scam, No PayPal Support!

I made a purchase from www.bkorgset.com on 9 May. I received shipping notification via PayPal with tracking information on 11 May. When I checked the tracking info I saw that my items were conveniently delivered on 25 April, over 2 weeks before I even placed the order. I know that tracking numbers can be recycled so I gave some time to see if it would resolve with current info, which it never did. I initiated a dispute, provided all the details along with screen shots of everything. I thought the outcome would be a no brainer, but it was closed in favor of the seller because "Valid tracking info provided by the seller" WTF! It's like they didn't even look at the facts. I feel that PayPal supports scammers and fraudulent sellers and couldn't care less about the people that are getting scammed by them. It's complete Horse **bleep**.

I completely agree. If they would actually look, they would see that the tracking number is from prior to the order actually being placed. Total crap. The reason I use @Paypal is so that I have the reassurance that my purchase is being protected. So very disappointing.

Yes, I am going through this right now. On TWO purchases. I am disappointed in the customer service I have received from PayPal. I feel exactly the same way...if they would bother to check the recycled tracking number, they would see the items were delivered well BEFORE I placed the order on the other purchases. And, if you think about it...the recycled tracking should concern PayPal greatly. Because how did the scammers get a tracking number to something that was already delivered to YOUR house? Did they hack PayPal? Your email? How does this happen? So much for secured shopping with PayPal. I used to use it every chance I could, over a credit card. Those days are over. 🤷‍♀️

I was finally able to get my  money back from Paypal. It took a lot of online chats and me constantly going back to them to check the ship to address from UPS.
