Yes, I am going through this right now. On TWO purchases. I am disappointed in the customer service I have received from PayPal. I feel exactly the same way...if they would bother to check the recycled tracking number, they would see the items were delivered well BEFORE I placed the order on the other purchases. And, if you think about it...the recycled tracking should concern PayPal greatly. Because how did the scammers get a tracking number to something that was already delivered to YOUR house? Did they hack PayPal? Your email? How does this happen? So much for secured shopping with PayPal. I used to use it every chance I could, over a credit card. Those days are over. 🤷♀️
