This seller is a fraud and a scammer. Doesn't reply to any messages from buyers but somehow manages to reply to paypal when a dispute arises. Provides paypal (who believes anything a seller says) with fake tracking numbers that are impossible (overnight shipping for free). Shame on you paypal for finding in this persons favor and never giving me the opportunity to prove this seller is a fraud. And YOU seller, you are coward and don't even have the audacity to reply to any messages.

same thing just happened to me. ordered from NGUYEN <removed> (THIEF) and did not receive order so I filed a claim with "useless" PayPal. "useless" PayPal investigated (that's a joke) and my claim was denied because the THIEF furnished "useless" PayPal with a bogus tracking number from UPS. The tracking number furnished was for a delivery to BBP Sales in Lake Charles, LA. and weighed 16 pounds. My package should have been delivered to my home address and should have weighed around 2 pounds. If a useless company like PayPal backs a THIEF that makes them also a THIEF.

He won't reply though and he's protected by paypal. Let's see how reporting them both to ftc and BBB goes.

Hi @ttoca525 thank you for your immediate response. When it comes to minimum requirement of the tracking number,as long as City,State,Zip code match we'll consider that. However, I know that there are some smart fraudster who can fake it. That's why we always ask our customers to get something in writing from the shipping company that will disprove what the seller provided to us. It's really concerning that you guys were scammed. I'll do my best to raise your concerns.Once,it's proven that there's a fraud we'll overturn the decision. We're just asking your patience and cooperation. Pleade bear with us. I know that it'll never be easy to let go your hard-earned money. If I were you,I would do all possible ways to get my money back. Allow me to help you escalate it and have it investigated.

Where do i send the proof? It was sent to the alleged customer service reps and my claim was denied twice! Minimum requirement for a seller is a joke btw and that's this scammer has been getting away with ripping off all of the paypal users that have replied and commented on this board. How about matching the exact address entirely like everyone else is supposed to do?! I just want to get this over with so i can close my paypal account. That won't happen until i get my refund. Never going to quit fighting this thief. |

I have not bought from this scammer, but unfortunately have fallen into the same trap as everyone here where Paypal straight up refuses to investigate any of these claims or disputes. Like many here I have provided proof of the item being returned with a letter from DHL. Three times I have had the case re-open by the alleged customer service team and three times I have had the case closed ruling in favour of the seller stating that the item tracking information states that the item is delivered. Completely ignoring the correspondence from the actual delivery company saying its been returned.
I have since given up taking this up with paypal as clearly they do not care at all and using current situations to line their pockets with ill gotten gains.
Take matters up with your financial ombudsman and card issuer!! Its inevitably going to take longer but this lack of action from paypal is beyond a joke.
Paypal ought to have a class action lawsuit filed against them.

Denied 3 times? Sounds like paypal alright. Getting tired of them sending messages in the community then asking for a kudos. I stopped receiving the automated responses from "customer service" (same messages different names on the bottom). I'm now going through my bank account and filing a serious federal complaint against paypal I suggest everyone do the same.
PS Using the current health situation as an excuse not to reply or do anything is really low. Everyone has a cellphone and a laptop they can reply from.

@ttoca525 Yep, paypal are complete con-merchants! Its absolutely disgraceful the way that they are conducting their business and an amazement that they are still able to.
I already have filed a case against paypal and also written to the CEO of the UK for Paypal to highlight these issues that we are all facing. Depending on where you are I suggest you do the same, The addresses can easily be had with a google search.
When I read the cases that are here in the disputes forum its deeply concerning that paypal are able to act in this way and continue to allow the problem to spread. The misinformation by the reps and customer service teams is a joke and inexcusable, I dread to think of the amount of time people here have had to waste just to end up wasting more time (and money in some cases) to rectify an easily resolved issue.

I'm really getting tired of your companies responses to this dispute. Why do you continue to send messages in the community if you're not going to do anything?! All you do is send messages acting like you're concerned then deny any claims. No one wants to hear it, they want action. The only message i want to see is HERE IS YOUR REFUND.
