Lastminute.com also known as BRAVONEXT SA have been taking money from my PayPal account despite them contacting me to say they were cancelling my flight and hotel I had booked with them (due to covid) This was every month of 2020, until October 2020, when they told me they would be refunding me.
They still have not refunded me and they will not answer any calls or emails. They owe me £1330.
I opened a dispute for one of the payments and PayPal responded immediately (automatically) with a "Notice of debit"
which reads:
Notice of debit
We'll be recovering the provisional credit of that we issued previously by your transaction. This debit will occur immediately from you PayPal balance.
What on earth does that mean?
They haven't refunded me a penny, I am OWED money.
Please help, this is very stressful.
