Nothing happens

it says i have 1 big fat notofication so i go to click it and it says "There’s a problem with your account. Be sure to resolve it to restore full account access." but when i go to click Resolve account issue NOTHING HAPPENS, it say a page is loading but just NOTHING HAPPENS

@Anoyeduser Then your best bet is to contact customer services. Click help/ contact bottom of paypal pages for options available for your country.
