Not receiveng item

I have written several times about my money being put back in my account.  Seller does not respond to any emails.  Paypal has changed the date 4xs on the resolution date.  Its been way over a month and I am not getting help.  Why hasn't paypal resolved this matter?   C. Winam

Think they are inundated with disputes from folks buying tat from these China websites.

As long as you have escalated to a claim then hopefully it will be resolved eventually.
