my account is limited over 180 days and i have received the confirmation mail that my account funds are now available for withdraw but i am mot able to add bank account in my paypal account.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
