Not able to add Delivery date for the digital item I sold.

Hey, I sold an digital item through PayPal. And the customer filed a Dispute on us stating the he never received the item. But now I still see an option on the transaction page of "Get the funds" And when I click on it , it gives me two options of "add shipping method" or "add Delivery date for Service or virtual product". So when I click on the second option and put the date & press enter then it shows me the error of "We're experiencing technical difficulties We're sorry for the inconvenience.
