I have been trying to return an item I bought and opened a Dispute Resolution.  Paypal gave me info to return the item for a refund but the address is in CHINESE and is for the manufacturer, not the seller.  I have not been able to get any help for a correct address for the seller.  The seller's web page does not give it and is totally bogus.  I am learning a lesson that I should never buy from China and never expect Paypal to help me.  I shall discontinue my Paypal account.

Not suggesting that you do it but I do wonder if you returned it to the prescribed return address on the PayPal dispute and its delivered with proof of delivery, do you get your money back even though it was sent to manufacturer. But then you don't know if the manufacturer will accept delivery.

if you paid by credit card, file a dispute with them instead. But do research to see if your card has purchase protection first because some cards are starting to discontinue it or reduce the time you have to file. (cough, cough Blue AMEX card cough, cough).

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
