Hi, an EBay buyer purchased two items from me then wanted a refund, which I did, and also I sent extra money through PayPal for return postage. He is now refusing to return my items and has kept the refund money and postage money, what can I do about this? Can I get my money back as he’s admitted to keeping the items ?
