No refund from paypal = despite assurance protection from them! Complained 9th April started.

Paypal BRAG of how they will protect buyers that pay for purchases via them & do not receive items.

SO where is my refund?

slow to live up to their promises & rash publicity. NOT ACCURATE!

I formally complained to them April 9th NOW they say they hope to be able to resolve by MAY 18th !!

Absurd. Will not be buying further on Ebay with PAYPAL. Need protection assurance they live up to.

Anyone else given runaround by paypal?
