After months of deferment I was made an unacceptable offer by seller who sent damaged goods and 'offered' a full refund if I return the heavy but worthless goods to China. This would cost way in excess of the value and I believe is the sellers way of making a living. On the case details the only input I am allowed is to enter the tracking details for the parcel. My claim was then denied as I did not have these and could not explain the circumstances.
Anybody have any idea how to speak to a person rather than spend hours being offered unusable robot options?
