I somehow managed to open two PayPal accounts and upon being asked to provide I'd for the second one I did so. The names don't match as the second account was set up as a variation of my name. I wanted complete privacy for eBay trading. Anyway, The upshot is that that all my money is tied up within the second account which has the limitations imposed... Pay pal are ignoring me on the message centre and it seems there is no other way to contact them as the phone lines say there on limited staffing then proceed to say they are closed. This is an absolute joke and I am beyond scunnered. I cannot believe I am being treated this way by such an organisation. Can anyone suggest an email address, phone number for me to try... Am at my wits end. I am stuck and need my own money to buy food and pay my bills......
