New Security Measures

I can't access my money until I upload a photo of my ID and Social Security Card due to the new security measures but I can't find anywhere on the app or the internet site to upload the info. When I push "Resolve Issue" under the notification it just blinks and comes back to the same notification. I've called PayPal and they are no help. Can someone please help me?

Try clearing browser cache, history or even the PayPal cookies and restart device. Do this from your home internet connection so PayPal system can recognize you. You might even update your browser and app and restart device if they need updating.

Thank you for trying to help. I have done that. The same problem is on my phone, tablet and desktop. If someone can just tell me where it is that I'm supposed to find how to upload this info, that's all I really need. Have others already uploaded their ID and social security card? If so, how and where?
