Never received my item!!

I ordered a replica LV handbag. I paid $313. I NEVER received the handbag. I filed a claim with PP and they actually denied my claim saying that it was sent to me. This was back in Feb. and still haven't received my handbag. PP is refusing to stand by me. I've attempted to contact the seller but the website is no longer available. I know.....I shouldn't of ordered it! I just want PP to stand by. me!!

In general, if a case for an Item Not Received is closed in favour of the seller, this means that we received proof (usually a tracking number or a shipping label) showing that the item was delivered at your chosen location. Have you received anything at all around that time? I am asking as sometimes, due to issues, the incorrect item is sent, or an empty package is received. IF this is the case, the claim needs to be reopened with the Item Not As Described option. Thank you for your response. I literally cannot recall any package being sent around that time. I've never had any issues with packages being stolen so I doubt that is the issue here. I've made many attempts to contact the company but their website has been removed and it's impossible to find them. I feel that they could of forged a delivery form because I certainly never received anything from this company. What now?
