So recently my main Paypal account has gotten limited due to a repeated transaction between me and a friend. I submitted information plus documents required to Paypal a week ago but it is still under review.
The last part which I have yet to submit is the resolving negative balance which I incurred from scammers a couple of years ago which I forgot all about. I was wondering how long it normally takes for the ones I submitted to get resolve and how the process of calling Paypal's collection office goes.
If you have provided documents to resolve your account then these would generally be reviewed within 24-72 hours. In regards to resolving the negative balance, you would need to contact our collections team and they can take the card payment over the phone. Once this is processed and completed it can then be ticked off as a step completed on your existing account.
