Need to remove access limitation asap

I need to pay an invoice shared on Paypal, but as I started to add my information, Paypal decided to limit my access. Not really sure why since the account didnt even have any credit card information. While reading the information available, paypal says they can take up to three days to solve the problem, but the invoice expires today. I messaged the chat asking for help to remove the limitation and the Paypal assistant only told me something I already knew. What else can I do besides the obvious?
