Need to get a refund

I ordered a hoodie from another site called matooa and I paid via debit card to a person that accepted the payment via PayPal. I want to cancel my order and I've emailed the original site and the PayPal user and have not gotten a response from either. What do I do?

Hope you are doing well. 

If you purchased something and would like a refund because you haven't received it you can file a dispute in Resolution Center to start the process.

You have 180 days from the transaction date to initiate a dispute. 

 

If you've tried working with your seller, but still need to file a dispute, here's how:

  1. Go to the Resolution Center.
  2. Click Report a Problem.
  3. Select the reason for your case and click Continue.
