Need resolution with particular horrible company, see below;

This may be my first dispute via PayPal, but trust me there are many more to follow! Skull Obsessed which is known as Pluto99 and I have been trying to contact them to dispute many many many of my purchases to no avail! They just ignore me or provide generic answers to my questions and requests for refunds go unanswered. While this first dispute is relatively new, this madness has been going on since the middle of July!?! Please, please please help me to get what is fairly owed to me for lack of merchandise & or broken/damaged/incorrect products. I have spent a lot of money with these people and just want them out of my life once & for ALL!!! I am at my wits end here...

All you can do is follow the dispute process OR if you funded your paypal payments via a credit card then contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
