Need help with returning a faulty item.

Hello bought an item of Sphock and it is faulty, opened a dispute on PayPal but have not had anything from PayPal yet about it, seller messaged me via the app *Sphock* and said that they have been in touch with PayPal about my refund and I need to return the item to receive my refund. I don't want to pay postage costs considering it is completely not my fault. The item doesn't have the sellers address on it but they have given it to me, so if I just cross out my address and put theirs on the package and put "return to seller" on it and put it in a post box that is fine right?

Have you escalated to a claim? If not then for paypal to get involved you need to do so.

Then if paypal find in your favour you normally have to return the item (at your own expense) and trackable to prove delivery before the seller refunds.

However IF you have activated the ''return shipping on us'' link then paypal ''may'' contribute to your return postage costs as you can claim after you have returned the item.

Can't give you the link for the return shipping as you have not said what country you are in.

How Can You Return some Items And then get them back With a Messages Say Wrong Address (When the address was printed from Seller)

Can i open .Return again i posted the items right away , but now it's moved from Denmark to Italy and return so the date to send it back are now pasted again.So will i just loss money and get more and more frustrated  ??
