Hi - I finally got the seller to agree to give me a full refund after about two months of back and forth, but now they won't give me a paid shipping label to ship to China! This was an item I received that looked nothing like what was advertised, and I don't feel I should have to pay to mail it back. Any suggestions? How do I get PayPal involved further? I did file a complaint. Thanks!

I paid $32.00 to return items to China. The items looked nothing like the pictures. I paid $107.00, they offered me an $11.00 refund! PayPal rejected my claim saying I didn’t send documents. (I sent receipt) What can I do?
