My myntra refund amount not credited within 30 days

i placed an order on myntra. And somehow i had to return the order.I used paypal to pay myntra. As soon as i returned the parcel,i got a refund message from mytra saying that my money been returned. The i checked in paypal balance And my account link with paypal.There is no money added.but in activity section they are showing me that my refund is complete. the payment already refunded to debit card at 09 Feb but unfortunately amount not credited within 30 days . i checked dispute in open cases that showing already processed 02 APR but not arrived to account still now.kindly suggest a solution

I already contacted my bank due to this regard. the bank manager asks me any pending transaction not showing in your account. I share the msg to Paypal. Paypal sent an invoice number the transaction made by 09 March. but I checked the status, the status showing under review. I bring the invoice number and go to the bank, the bank manager again asks to me this is not a bank reference number and submit the transaction date. I am almost tired of this dispute. the Paypal couldn't provide a valuable reply and hold my money without reason. kindly suggest a solution.

I am very sorry to know that your money from refund hasn't been posted yet but I am really glad knowing that from you that refund has been competed. Please be advised that as far as refund is concerned, money will automatically be swept back to it's original payment method. Eg on youryour case, money should appear to your debit card. As long as the transaction's status shows "Refunded/completed" in your activity, that means PayPal has already forwarded the money to your funding source. Please contact your card issuer as the refund timeframe is bank dependent.
